ONE YEAR AGO TODAY....

Patients walked through our Your Care doors. The big transition had happened and the Your Care team was there to serve our community. Since then, we've been asking and paying attention to how people are finding us. It's a big deal to become "known". One of the most exciting ways for us is when someone tells us that someone they know told them about Your Care. Well, I'm very proud to announce that more than 77% of our patients are finding us by referrals and/or are established with us! That is amazing. Thank you for spreading the word and we are happy that YOU TRUST US that much.
